据移卡（09923）2026年8月6日发布的月报表显示，截至2026年7月31日，公司注册股本维持1,000,000,000股普通股，法定注册资本依旧为25,000美元，未发生增减变化。公司已发行股份由上月底的460,533,242股下降至460,494,442股，同时库存股份从1,629,200股增加至1,668,000股，合计总股本数维持在462,162,442股。
公告显示，公司于2026年7月17日购回38,800股并将上述股份纳入库存股，由于本次交易仅在普通股与库存股间进行转换，因此公司整体已发行股份总数与库销股合计值不变。此外，公司已根据既定股份期权计划授出合计5,229,500份尚未行使的期权；若全部股份期权行使，公司潜在可发行或转让股份数为37,391,007股。
公司确认其已满足香港联交所关于公众持股量的相关要求，本次公告由董事刘颖麒签署。
