CN Logistics International Holdings Limited announced on 27 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.cnlogistics.com.hk) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board strongly recommends shareholders and investors to review these documents via the online “Website Version”.

Non-registered holders experiencing difficulty accessing the electronic files may request free printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 2130-ecom@vistra.com.

For investors who prefer to receive future communications electronically, the company advises liaising with the relevant intermediary—bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited—and providing a functional email address. If an email address is not supplied, notices of publication will continue to be sent in printed form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Lau Shek Yau John on behalf of the board.
