Boustead Singapore Limited (F9D) announced a change in its company secretary.
The company said Ms Tay Chee Wah has been appointed as company secretary with effect from Nov, 24 2025, replacing Mr Alvin Kok, who resigned on the same date.
The board expressed its appreciation to Mr Kok for his service.
