本次回购每股价格介乎6.62美元至6.85美元，合计支出3,999,984.66美元（约400万美元），所回购股份暂未注销。截至6月17日，公司已发行股本为819,871,377股，库藏股数为0股。
根据公告，股东大会于2025年6月27日通过购回授权，最高可回购91,613,918股。截至目前，公司已累计回购32,394,708股，占授权通过日公司已发行股本约3.536%。公司同时确认上述回购行为已获得董事会正式批准，并遵守相关上市规则及法规。
