China Resources Gas Group Limited (the “Company”) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, 27 March 2026. According to the official announcement dated 2 March 2026, the agenda includes consideration and approval of the final results for the year ended 31 December 2025. The board will also evaluate a recommendation on the declaration of a final dividend, if any.
