网易云音乐股份有限公司(09899)于2026年5月5日发布公告，披露公司当日于香港联交所场内回购125,800股普通股，约占此前现有已发行股本的0.05936%。本次回购价格区间为每股港币115.9至121.3港元，合计耗资约14,998,479.84港元（约1,499.85万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持在217,916,116股不变，其中可流通在外的已发行股份为211,808,066股，库存股增加至6,108,050股。公告同时显示，购回授权于2025年6月25日获股东大会通过，剩余可回购股份为21,739,953股，公司迄今已根据该授权累计回购5,776,500股，占授权总数的约2.6571%。
公司在公告中表示，此次回购已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
