久泰邦达能源控股有限公司（02798）8月11日晚间发布盈利预警称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得除税后纯损约人民币40百万元至人民币50百万元，而2025年同期则录得除税后纯利约人民币3.0百万元，显示业绩由盈转亏。\n\n公司指出，亏损主要原因包括：一是谢家河沟煤矿出现地质断层及局部煤层变薄，导致需过渡至全新井下工作面，并投入额外资源进行准备及开发，致使煤炭使用率下降；二是红果煤矿的地质断层影响精煤洗选回收率，导致精煤产量减少；三是在持续执行运营效率措施的同时，劳工、材料、能源及物流等成本通胀压力相较2025年同期仍呈上升趋势，进一步影响集团盈利能力。\n\n公司表示，本次盈利预警基于对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，相关数据尚未经过核数师及审核委员会的审阅，最终结果可能有所调整。根据上市规则，公司计划于2026年8月31日或之前公布中期业绩。\n\n公司提醒投资者及股东在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
