According to the Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 27 April 2026, LX Technology Group Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 199,800 ordinary shares on 27 April 2026.

• Pricing details – Highest repurchase price: HKD 14.93 per share – Lowest repurchase price: HKD 14.74 per share – Volume-weighted average price (per filing): HKD 14.81

• Transaction value – Aggregate consideration: HKD 2.96 million

• Impact on share capital – Shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell from 353.14 million to 352.94 million, a reduction of 0.06%. – Treasury shares increased from 119,700 to 319,500, leaving the total issued share count unchanged at 353.26 million.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – Shareholder mandate dated 06 June 2025 authorises up to 35.33 million shares for repurchase. – Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 319,500 shares, representing 0.09% of the issued shares on the mandate date.

• Post-repurchase restrictions – Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), LX Technology is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales/transfers of treasury shares until 27 May 2026.
