中国奥园（03883，香港联合交易所主板上市）在最新公告中披露，董事会建议于2026年6月26日召开的股东周年大会上申请一般及无条件授权，回购不超过公司于该决议案通过当日已发行股份（不含库存股份）总数的10%。以目前已发行的4,598,210,252股为基准，回购上限约为459,821,025股。
董事会指出，回购所需资金将依据公司章程和开曼群岛相关法律，使用公司可合法用于股份购回的内资来源。公司方面表示，适时回购有助于提升每股资产净值，对巩固长期股东回报具有积极作用，且仅在认为符合公司及股东整体利益时方会执行。
根据公告，本次回购授权将于股东周年大会决议通过后生效。公告显示，过去12个月，公司的股价在香港联交所的最高交易价为每股0.172港元（2025年4月），最低交易价为每股0.057港元（截至2026年4月）。
据悉，公司董事会认为，此次股份购回安排将有助于优化资本结构，进一步提升公司价值，为现有股东带来更稳健的回报。公司也提醒股东，若相关议案在股东周年大会获得通过，股份过户将在6月23日至6月26日期间暂时停止办理。
