Anker Innovations Adjusts Convertible Bond Conversion Price to 106.76 Yuan, Effective September 18

On September 18, Anker Innovations (00668.HK) announced a downward adjustment to the conversion price of its convertible bond, "Anker Convertible Bond" (123257), from 106.72 yuan per share to 106.76 yuan per share. The revised conversion price takes effect from September 18, 2026.

This adjustment stems from the achievement of vesting conditions and share registration related to the first vesting period of the company's 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan. On June 15, 2026, the company's fourth board of directors approved the relevant proposal at its 11th meeting. Due to circumstances such as resignations and voluntary waivers among incentive recipients, the final number of eligible participants stands at 529 individuals, with a total of 1,377,735 restricted shares actually vested at an adjusted grant price of 124.50 yuan per share.

The newly issued shares are scheduled for listing and trading on September 18, 2026. Following the registration completion, the company's total share capital, combining A-shares and H-shares, will increase from 588,054,402 shares to 589,432,137 shares. The A-share capital will rise from 537,978,302 shares to 539,356,037 shares, while the H-share capital remains unchanged.
