吉利汽车控股有限公司（股票代码：00175）于2026年7月6日发布公告称，公司因本集团雇员根据于2023年4月28日采纳的认股权计划行使认股权，当日发行30,000股普通股，数量占截至本次发行前现有已发行股份数目的约0.00028%。本次发行价格为每股9.56港元，总计约28.68万港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股份(不包括库存股份)由2026年7月1日的10,784,800,597股增至10,784,830,597股，库藏股保持不变仍为63,212,000股，公司已发行股份总数（含库藏股）相应增至10,848,042,597股。吉利汽车控股有限公司确认，此次股份发行已获得公司董事会正式授权，并遵照香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规要求实施。
