WISDOM EDU INTL (06068) announced that all outstanding loans, including Zhongyou Loan, Junzhuo Loan I, Junzhuo Loan II, Duzheng Loan, and Jinmoli Loan, have been fully repaid. The total receivable loan amount of RMB 126 million as disclosed in the 2024 annual report for the year ended December 31, 2024, was completely settled before August 2025. As of the announcement date, no related loans remain outstanding.
