FENBI (02469) announced that Mr. Li Zhongcheng has resigned from his positions as joint company secretary and authorized representative of the company, effective September 29, 2025. Ms. Liang Aixin will succeed Mr. Li and has been appointed as joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective September 29, 2025. Ms. Wang Tao will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
