STAR GROUP ASIA (01560) announced that on January 28, 2026, the company, pursuant to its share option scheme adopted on June 27, 2016, granted 34.1 million options to certain eligible individuals. These options entitle the holders to subscribe for a maximum aggregate of 34.1 million ordinary shares in the company's share capital, each with a par value of HK$0.01. The grant is conditional upon acceptance by the grantees and payment of HK$1.00 upon such acceptance.
