Ruifeng Green Energy Sets 31 August Board Meeting to Approve 1H 2026 Interim Results and Consider Dividend

Ruifeng Green Energy AI Computing Holdings Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 31 August 2026 (Monday) in Hong Kong. Directors will review and approve the unaudited interim results of the company and its subsidiaries for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
The board currently comprises Executive Directors Yuan Wanyong (Chairman) and Zhang Zhixiang (Chief Executive Officer), alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Jiang Senlin, Qu Weidong and Hu Xiaolin.
The meeting outcome will be disclosed after the board concludes its review on 31 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations.
