仁恒实业控股（股票代码：03628）于公告中表示，董事会已提呈股份购回计划，拟向股东申请购回授权，最高不超过公司已发行股本10%。据披露，当前公司发行股本共计804,000,000股，如该授权获批，最多将回购80,400,000股。
公告指出，上述购回计划若获得股东大会批准，将依据开曼群岛公司法及香港联交所上市规则实施，所需资金将来自公司可合法动用的现有现金流或内部资源。公司方面认为，此次回购有助于提升股东回报并优化资本结构。近期公司股价区间在约0.19港元至0.248港元之间，董事会表示，此举符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
相关授权及其他事项将于2026年6月25日召开的股东周年大会上进行审议。公司另公告，将于2026年6月22日至25日期间暂停办理股份过户登记。公司股票在香港联合交易所主板上市。
