CMON (01792) announced that on October 6, 2025, an option agreement between seller CMON Global Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and buyer Manlie Collective Pte. Ltd became a binding agreement between both parties, as the buyer accepted the option offer and exercised the option on the same day. Accordingly, the seller has agreed to sell the property to the buyer for a consideration of SGD 3.08 million.
The property is located at 201 Henderson Road #07–01 Apex @ Henderson Singapore 159545 and 201 Henderson Road #08–01 APEX @ Henderson Singapore 159545. As of the announcement date, the seller is the legal and beneficial owner of the property, which was previously used as part of the group's office space.
The property was solely for the group's own use, therefore it did not contribute to net profit (whether before or after tax) in the previous two financial years. The property will be delivered vacant upon completion.
The directors believe that the disposal represents a good opportunity for the company to realize the value of the property at a reasonable price, and the proceeds from the disposal will improve the group's financial position and increase its general working capital.
