FIN STREET SEC Schedules 20 May 2026 AGM; Profit Distribution Plan and Auditor Re-appointment Among Key Votes

Financial Street Securities Co., Limited (FIN STREET SEC) has issued a notice convening its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 12/F, Tower B, Desheng International Center, No. 83 Deshengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing.

Key matters to be decided by poll:

1. Review and approval of the board of directors’ report for the 12 months ended 31 December 2025.

2. Review and approval of the independent directors’ work report for the same period.

3. Review and approval of the Company’s 2025 annual report.

4. Approval of the 2025 profit distribution plan.

5. Re-appointment of the Company’s domestic and international auditors for the 2026 financial year.

Share registration:

• The register of members will be closed from Friday, 15 May 2026 to Wednesday, 20 May 2026 (both days inclusive). • Shareholders whose names appear on the register on 20 May 2026 are entitled to attend and vote. • Transfer documents and relevant share certificates must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 14 May 2026—domestic shareholders at the Company’s Beijing head office and H-shareholders at Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Proxy arrangements:

• Eligible shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; the completed proxy form must be deposited no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 19 May 2026. • Voting on all resolutions will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.39(4) and Article 124 of the Company’s Articles of Association.

Logistics:

• Attendees must present valid identification and, where applicable, corporate authorisation documents. • The AGM is expected to last less than half a day; participants will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.

Board composition at the date of the notice comprises two executive directors, five non-executive directors (including one employee representative), and four independent non-executive directors.
