圣贝拉集团（股票代码：02508）于2026年7月27日发布翌日报表，披露公司于当日通过香港联交所场内完成股份购回事宜。本次合计回购普通股27.85万股，占该公司回购前已发行股本约0.0449%。回购价格介乎每股3.54港元至3.64港元，合计耗资约100.47万港元。
本次回购完成后，圣贝拉集团的已发行股份（不包括库存股份）减少至620,178,000股，同时库存股份增至2,018,500股，公司股本总数维持在622,196,500股。据公告，购回授权于2026年6月30日获股东大会通过，授权购回上限为62,219,650股。截至本次回购，圣贝拉集团已在香港联交所及其他交易场所合计购回2,018,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数的0.3244%。
