China e-Wallet Payment Group Limited (the “Company”) has received a letter from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s Listing Committee stating the Committee’s decision to cancel the Company’s listing under Rule 6.01A(1). According to the letter, should the Company decline to request a review of the decision by the Listing Review Committee on or before 5 November 2025, the last day of listing will be 10 November 2025, with the cancellation taking effect at 9:00 a.m. on 11 November 2025.
The Company’s Board is now seeking advice on whether to lodge the review request. The outcome of any potential review remains uncertain. Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since 2 April 2024 and will continue until further notice.
The Company has issued previous announcements regarding its auditor’s disclaimer of opinion on financial statements for the years ended 31 December 2023 and 2024, along with letters from the Stock Exchange outlining resumption guidance. Further announcements will be made, in compliance with the Listing Rules, to update shareholders on key developments in connection with the listing status and any review proceedings.
