非凡领越收购合共1809万股李宁股份
6月20日，非凡领越涨超22%，李宁涨近7%！消息面上，非凡领越收购合共1809万股李宁股份。
非凡领越公告，于2025年1月10日至6月19日期间，收购方（为公司的全资附属公司）通过联交所于公开市场上收购合共1809万股李宁(02331.HK)股份，总代价约为2.75亿港元（不含印花税及相关开支）。每股收购股份的平均价格约为15.20港元）。
完成收购事项后，收购方将持有290,213,043股李宁股份（占于公告日期李宁公司已发行股份总数的约11.23%）。
李宁公司于收购事项完成后仍继续为集团的联营公司之一，且集团将继续于帐目中分占李宁公司的溢利减亏损。在考虑到李宁公司股份的市价及其合理性，公司认为此收购事项乃合适的投资，同时此举亦可加强集团的回报。
