China State Construction Development Holdings Limited (CSDHL, 830), an indirect subsidiary of China State Construction International Holdings Limited (CSC), released its unaudited financial performance and operating information for the nine months ended 30 September 2025.
According to the announcement, revenue stood at approximately HK$4,708,687,000, compared to HK$6,540,508,000 for the same period in 2024. Operating profit was about HK$635,459,000, compared to HK$841,290,000 in 2024. The results were prepared on a basis consistent with the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
During the nine-month period, the company recorded an accumulated new contract value of around HK$6,071 million. The figures have not been audited or reviewed by external auditors and may differ from those to be disclosed in audited or unaudited reports published on an annual, semi-annual, or quarterly basis.
