Key financial items • 2025 annual report, audited financial statements and board/supervisory reports will be tabled. • No final dividend is proposed for FY2025. • KPMG’s FY2025 audit fee totalled RMB2.10 million; re-appointment for FY2026 will be voted upon, with an indicative fee range of RMB1.80-2.40 million.
