Kelun-Biotech converts 8.21 million Domestic and Unlisted Foreign shares; H-share free float lifts to 73.32%

On 17 April 2026, Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SKB BIO-B) announced the completion of its H-share full-circulation programme, converting 8.21 million Domestic and Unlisted Foreign Shares into H Shares. Trading in the converted shares will begin on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on 20 April 2026.

The conversion involved three shareholders: • Wealthy Linkage Limited converted 3.63 million shares, equivalent to 1.56% of total share capital. • Future Industry Investment Fund Phase II converted 3.57 million shares, or 1.53%. • Leyue Capital Limited converted 1.01 million shares, or 0.43%.

Post-conversion, the company’s share structure is as follows: • H Shares: 170.98 million, representing 73.32% of total capital (up from 69.80%). • Domestic Shares: 62.20 million, 26.68% (down from 28.21%). • Unlisted Foreign Shares: reduced to zero from 4.64 million previously. Total share capital remains unchanged at 233.19 million shares.
