6月3日，长和涨幅扩大至逾5%！与沃达丰合并英国电讯业务，将收回约13亿英镑。
据报道，长和表示，旗下3英国与沃达丰英国，上周六完成合并英国电讯业务，合并公司Vodafone Three将于未来10年投资110亿英镑，创建欧洲其中一个最先进的5G网络。合并公司首年计划投入13亿英镑资本开支，以加强网络部署。沃达丰持有合并公司51%股权，长和旗下CKHGT持股49%，合并公司业绩将计入沃达丰财务报告。长和副主席霍建宁表示，合并为股东释放庞大价值，集团将收回约13亿英镑净现金。
此外，长和回应英国《金融时报》文章称，其报道涉及很多有关第三方揣测性材料，颇多不尽不实之处，并不反映集团对建议中中国以外港口交易的取态。长和引述联席董事总经理黎启明于5月22日在2025年股东周年大会上回应，重申有关建议中的交易，需要经过很多审查，长和一定会全力配合，在未获批准之前，绝对不会实施集中。
