要约人及其一致行动人士在要约截止后合计持有公司377,434,000股股份，占公司已发行股本约71.21%。在此基础上，公众人士持有149,568,000股股份，占公司全部已发行股本约28.22%。该比例符合上市规则对上市公司最低25%公众持股量的要求。
根据公告，此次要约的结算总对价约为15,040港元，计及扣除卖方从价印花税后须于接纳文件完整有效后七个营业日内通过平邮寄发相关款项，最迟寄发日期为2026年2月24日（星期二）。上述强制性无条件现金要约结束后，各方股份转让登记将在过户处办理完毕。
