2026年8月18日，红星冷链(01641)公告称，公司已动用闲置资金20百万元向交通银行股份有限公司湖南省分行认购“蘊通財富”定期型结构性存款，产品期限21天，预期年化收益率介乎0.65%至1.53%，到期保本。产品存续期内认购人无权提前终止，银行有权单方面提前终止。
根据香港联交所《上市规则》第14.07条计算，该笔交易的其中一项适用百分比率超过5%但整体不足25%，构成须予披露交易，需履行通知及公告义务。
资金来源方面，公司表示，本次认购全部以内部资金支付，未动用全球发售所得款项。公司董事会认为，鉴于理财产品具有到期保本特性、期限短且预期收益率高于一般定期存款利率，此举有助于提高闲置资金使用效率，对公司营运及流动资金无重大影响。
此前，公司已于2026年2月10日、2026年5月14日及2026年7月14日分别认购50百万元、40百万元及30百万元的类似理财产品，最新一次（第三次）认购已于2026年8月14日全部赎回。
截至公告日，交通银行及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。公司董事会亦确认，在充分评估风险及潜在收益后，认为本次认购条款公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。
