Feb 12

Best Linking Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 9882) announced a preliminary assessment indicating an expected net loss of approximately HK$2.50 million to HK$3.80 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The figure represents a substantial decline from the net profit of HK$6.30 million recorded for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

According to the announcement, revenue is anticipated to rise by about 30% to 40% compared to the HK$114.60 million reported in 2024. The decrease in net profit is primarily attributed to a lower gross profit margin stemming from a shift in product mix, a HK$3.00 million loss due to changes in the surrender value of investment in life insurance plans, and an increase of about HK$1.50 million in selling and distribution expenses.

The announcement states that official audited results for the 2025 financial year will be published in March 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities.
