Qingdao Chengyang Baiyun Mountain Sells Two Low-Density Land Parcels, Starting Total Price at 159 Million Yuan

On October 23, the Qingdao Natural Resources and Planning Bureau announced the sale of two low-density land parcels in the Chengyang Baiyun Mountain area. Both parcels are located north of Chunyang Road, covering a total area of approximately 22,700 square meters, with a planned total construction area of 32,300 square meters. The starting total price is set at 159 million yuan, requiring a combined bid deposit of 41 million yuan. Only individual company applications will be accepted; joint or personal applications are not permitted. The online auction is scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. on November 10, 2025.

The first parcel is purely residential, occupying 9,382 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 1.6 and a height limit of 54 meters. The starting price per floor area is 4,641 yuan per square meter, totaling 69.67 million yuan, with a deposit of 1.393 million yuan. The second parcel is a mixed-use residential and commercial site, covering 13,300 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 1.3 and a commercial share of 15%. The starting price per floor area is 5,152 yuan per square meter, totaling 88.95 million yuan, with a deposit of 2.668 million yuan.
