FEG Holdings (01413) announced that Ms. Yang Yuangui has been appointed as an executive director, effective from October 8, 2025. Ms. Yang Yuangui, executive director, and Mr. Chen Zhaoji, independent non-executive director, have been appointed as members of the company's nomination committee, also effective from October 8, 2025. Additionally, upon recommendation from the company's audit committee, the board has resolved to recommend the appointment of Zhi Bao Xin Qin CPA Limited as the company's new auditors for a term until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting, subject to shareholders' approval at the company's extraordinary general meeting.
