中国春来教育集团有限公司（01969）8月26日公告称，针对收购Accountancy & Business College (Ireland) Limited（商业名称为都柏林商学院）的主要交易，公司已获香港联合交易所有限公司豁免严格遵守上市规则第14.41(a)条。根据该豁免，中国春来须在2026年10月31日或之前向股东寄发相关通函。
此前，公司于2026年8月5日发布公告披露，将收购上述目标公司全部已发行股本。按上市规则要求，相关通函原应在公告后15个营业日内寄发。由于需要更多时间编制目标集团财务资料、经扩大集团的未审阅备考财务资料及估值报告等内容，公司向联交所申请豁免。
联交所于2026年8月26日批准豁免申请，并要求公司在本公告中披露豁免详情及原因。公告同时提示，若公司情况发生变化，联交所可能更改或撤回已授出的豁免。
中国春来董事会表示，将按豁免要求于2026年10月31日或之前完成通函寄发。
