For the month ended 31 July 2026, JINCHUAN INTL (Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd.) reported no changes in authorised or issued share capital. The company’s authorised share capital remained at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.
