The third-generation Yuan PLUS was officially unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show. Data shows that as BYD's first global strategic passenger vehicle, the Yuan PLUS has achieved cumulative global sales exceeding 1.1 million units.

The dimensions of the third-generation Yuan PLUS have increased to 4665×1895×1675mm, with a wheelbase of 2770mm. It introduces six new exterior colors, including Fantasy Pink Dual-Tone, Trendy Blue Dual-Tone, and Aura Green Dual-Tone, along with three single-tone options: Linear Gray, Circumstance Cyan, and Sky Space White.

For the cabin, the third-generation Yuan PLUS features a layered floating three-dimensional curved center console, a new two-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and an integrated electronic gear selector, optimizing the spatial layout. It includes 39 specially designed storage compartments and innovatively introduces a "Collectible Display Nook."

The vehicle is equipped with fast-charging capability and an extended range of 630km. Additional features include the Yun-C suspension system, far-side airbags, a Tire Blowout Stability Control system for high-speed driving, an electric front trunk with tap-to-unlock functionality, a 16-speaker DiSound audio system, and a "Queen Passenger Seat."

The third-generation Yuan PLUS collaborates with the globally recognized IP My Little Pony, displaying a specially designed "Yuan Qi Itasha" themed after the character "Twilight Sparkle" at the auto show. The new model is scheduled to launch in the first half of the year.
