中国淀粉（03838）于2026年9月14日发布翌日报表显示，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购4,000,000股普通股，占回购前已发行股本的约0.0694%。此次回购每股价格区间介乎港币0.174元至0.179元，合计付出约70.78万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份仍维持在5,810,492,043股，其中5,758,237,043股为流通股，52,255,000股为库藏股。
公告同时披露，中国淀粉于2026年5月12日获股东大会授权可回购合共596,449,204股股份，截至本公告日，已回购股份共计182,355,000股，占该回购授权通过当日已发行股本数目的约3.0573%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则与相关法规。本次公告由公司秘书梁兆康签署。
