KIDSLAND INTL (02122) announced its strategic entry into the Trading Card Game (TCG) market through an operational services partnership with global premier intellectual property Pokemon in the initial phase. On September 10, 2025, Beijing's first official Pokemon card gym officially opened at Beijing LIVAT Shopping Mall.

According to industry data, the global TCG market size exceeded $12 billion in 2024, with China's market growth rate surpassing 40% for three consecutive years. Card games have become a new favorite among Generation Z consumers due to their strong social attributes, collectible value, and e-sports trends. Kidsland has keenly captured this opportunity, aiming to enter the TCG market through partnerships with leading brands and striving to build a comprehensive business chain covering offline sales, experiential activities, and tournament operations.

The official Pokemon card gym is an original concept by Pokemon (Shanghai) Toys Co., Ltd., featuring an immersive experience space that integrates retail, card battles, and social interaction, providing Pokemon trainers with card gaming experiences, merchandise sales, and tournament events. It encompasses two core components: TCG Experience, offering beginner tutorial activities, card battles, and official tournament experience services; and Merchandise Sales, providing consumers with Pokemon trading cards, card-related accessories, and other original and licensed Pokemon products.

The Board believes that Pokemon, as one of the world's most influential intellectual properties, aligns closely with Kidsland's mission of "creating high-quality recreational lifestyle." Having cultivated the Chinese toy market for over twenty years, Kidsland leverages its industry expertise and omni-channel resource network to fully support the expansion of official Pokemon card gyms across mainland China.

Moving forward, KIDSLAND INTL will continue to deepen cooperation with Pokemon across multiple areas including gym operations and channel distribution, expanding the scope of collaboration.
