MEITU repurchases 2.34 million shares for HK$10.09 million, cutting free-float by 0.05%

Meitu, Inc. disclosed a share repurchase on 10 April 2026, acquiring 2.34 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$4.29 to HK$4.34, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$4.32 per share. The transaction totalled HK$10.09 million.

\n\nFollowing the buyback, Meitu’s outstanding share count fell to 4.56 billion, down from 4.56 billion previously, representing a 0.05% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 25.76 million, while the company’s aggregate repurchases under the current mandate, approved on 5 June 2025, reached 25.76 million shares—equivalent to 0.56% of the share base on the mandate date.

\n\nMeitu remains authorised to repurchase up to 456.62 million shares under the existing mandate. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 May 2026.
