香港联丰物产有限公司（要约人）与亚洲富思集团控股有限公司（亚洲富思，股份代号：08413）联合发布公告，披露有关要约人向亚洲富思合资格股东收购最多7.553亿股股份的附先决条件自愿现金部分要约的最新进展。
公告显示，该部分要约的先决条件之一（条件b）已由要约人向湖北省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会（国资委）提交申请，截至公告日期，国资委仍在审核该申请。要约人表示将继续致力于达成相关先决条件。
关于综合文件的寄发安排，亚洲富思此前已向香港联交所执行人员申请延长寄发期限，获准将最后期限延至先决条件达成后七日内或2026年6月18日（即先决条件最后截止日期后第七日），以较早者为准。目前，要约人与亚洲富思正编制及敲定综合文件所载资料，并将根据收购守则及GEM上市规则适时发布进一步公告。
公告同时提示，部分要约须待先决条件在最后截止日期前获达成，且要约（倘提出）需满足相关条件或获豁免后才可作实。该要约未必成为无条件，若未能成为无条件将失效。股东及潜在投资者在买卖亚洲富思股份时应审慎行事，如有疑问建议咨询专业顾问。
