2026年9月9日，曌生命控股有限公司（08079，以下简称“曌生命”）公告称，其依据2026年8月27日所披露的一般授权，向认购方配发及发行共计700,000股新股份，相关先决条件已全部达成，当日完成交割。
本次认购事项的募资总额约为49.7万港元，扣除费用后所得款项净额约为46.7万港元。公司拟将此次募集的资金用于集团放债业务及／或一般营运资金。
此次发行前后公司股权结构变化如下：
1. 发行前，曌生命已发行股份为36,637,201股。其中，陳子康先生持股5,892,343股，占16.08%；TGG Holdings Limited持股8,520,000股，占23.26%；公众股东持股22,224,858股，占60.66%。
2. 发行完成后，曌生命已发行股份增至37,337,201股。陳子康先生持股比例降至15.78%；TGG Holdings Limited持股比例为22.82%；认购方持有700,000股，占1.87%；公众股东持股22,224,858股，占59.53%。
公司表示，新增资金将增强其财务灵活性，支持放债业务拓展及满足日常运营需求。
