远大中国控股有限公司(2789)董事会于2026年3月3日宣布，已议决建议派发每股0.05港元的特别股息，合计约3.104367亿元港元（约310.4367百万港元），将从公司股份溢价账中支付。该特别股息尚待股东特别大会通过普通决议案后方可作实，并计划在2026年4月22日派付予2026年4月15日名列公司股东名册的股东。
根据公告，为确定有权出席并投票表决上述股东特别大会的相关股东，公司将于2026年3月30日至4月2日暂停办理股份过户登记；如获批准，2026年4月13日至4月15日也将暂停办理股份过户登记，用于确定有权收取特别股息的股东资格。董事会表示，此次派付特别股息旨在回报及感谢股东支持，且不会对集团整体财务状况造成重大不利影响。
