中通快递（开曼）有限公司（香港联交所：02057）于2026年2月20日发布翌日披露报表，宣布2026年2月17日至19日期间在纽约证券交易所回购A类普通股合计1,832,893股。根据公告，每日回购数量分别为611,317股、610,259股及611,317股，占公司总已发行股份（包含A、B类普通股共计795,528,169股）约0.08%。
本次回购的每股价格区间分别为：2月17日每股最高回购价USD 25.24、最低USD 24.80；2月18日最高USD 25.42、最低USD 25.19；2月19日最高USD 25.52、最低USD 25.35。合计付出的总金额约为USD 46,301,597.32。截至2026年2月19日收盘，公司于香港联交所上市的A类普通股数量仍为589,428,169股，上述回购股份尚未注销。
根据公司披露，回购授权于2025年6月17日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总数为80,446,849股。截至目前，公司已回购13,222,274股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数的1.6436%。
公司同时确认，本次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及适用法例，相关程序均获得董事会正式授权。公告由联席公司秘书李送霏签署。
