LEMO SERVICES (02539) has unveiled its interim financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing a marginal rise in revenue but a slight contraction in profitability. The company generated RMB 443 million in total revenue during the period, marking a 2.3% year-on-year increase, while profit attributable to equity shareholders reached RMB 36.749 million, reflecting a 3.2% decline from the prior corresponding period. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 0.66.
Breaking down the revenue streams, income derived from robotic massage services under the direct-operated model amounted to RMB 372 million, representing a growth of 3.44% compared to the same timeframe last year. This uptick was primarily attributed to the expansion of the company's service network and a rise in the deployment of massage equipment. Conversely, revenue from machine massage services under the partnership model contracted by 2.72% to RMB 60.43 million. This decrease was largely driven by the company's implementation of preferential support policies for city partners, including guaranteed minimum revenue reductions and subsidized marketing expenses, designed to empower partners in market development and bolster their competitive positioning.
As of June 30, 2026, the company's operational footprint continued to expand. The total number of massage chairs reached 102,290 units, up 1.98% from the 100,302 units recorded on December 31, 2025. Massage pad inventory grew to 446,448 pieces, marking a 1.66% increase from the 439,141 pieces at the end of 2025. Additionally, the network of service points expanded by 5.28% to 52,511 locations, compared to 49,877 at the close of the previous fiscal year.
