Selling and distribution expenses represented 10.4% of revenue versus 12.6% a year earlier, while administrative and other operating expenses equalled 14.2% of revenue, down from 16.7% despite a larger R&D spend. Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB77.95 million and pledged deposits at RMB419.49 million. Borrowings increased to RMB285.78 million, lifting the gearing ratio to 98.0% (31 December 2025: 72.8%). Net current assets were RMB79.43 million.

Net cash used in operating activities was RMB132.68 million versus RMB169.44 million in H1 2025, reflecting tighter working-capital control. Capital expenditures reached RMB8.25 million, mainly for property, plant and equipment and intangible assets.

The board did not recommend an interim dividend. During the period the company paid a final and special dividend totalling RMB7.11 million for FY 2025.

Boer Power reiterated its focus on expanding IEM Solutions in data-center, industrial, public-infrastructure and overseas markets while stepping up R&D on its in-house “Cloud Smart” big-data platform and “B iPower” integrated intelligent-power products.
