公司在香港联交所回购H股1,366,000股，约占当日前H股已发行总数的0.04758%。每股回购价区间为每股港币1.81至1.83港元，总金额约港币2,488,305.6元。回购完成后，公司H股已发行股份总数仍为2,871,000,000股。
同期，公司于上海证券交易所回购A股1,710,600股，回购价区间为每股人民币3.01至3.06元，总金额约人民币5,190,549元。回购完成后，A股已发行股份总数继续保持17,852,619,170股不变。
根据公告，公司H股回购已获2026年1月16日通过的购回授权，授权可回购股份总数为287,100,000股，截至本次回购前已于市场累计回购14,612,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本的0.50895%。公司确认，本次股份购回符合主板上市规则及相关法规要求。
