建筑及相关业务本期收入约450.6百万港元，较上一年同期的418.1百万港元有所上升，增长原因包括香港市场新增大规模项目动工等因素。建筑材料业务录得35.7百万港元，与上一年同期53.8百万港元相比有一定回落。
