Taung Gold Reports Unchanged Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance for April 2026

Taung Gold International Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, indicating no changes in share capital structure during the month.

• Authorised Share Capital The company maintained an authorised share count of 3.00 billion ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing total authorised share capital of HKD 300.00 million.

• Issued and Treasury Shares Issued shares remained steady at 1.82 billion, with no treasury shares outstanding or created during the month. No share issuances, cancellations, or buybacks were reported.

• Share Option Scheme Activity Under the 28 August 2020 share option scheme, 181.51 million options were outstanding at both the beginning and end of the month. No options were exercised, and no new shares were issued pursuant to the scheme during April. Consequently, the company raised no funds from option exercises.

• Public Float The board confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public float requirement as of 30 April 2026.

• Other Instruments The company reported no warrants, convertibles, or other share-linked agreements outstanding during the reporting period.

All confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Director Cheung Pak Sum on 4 May 2026.
