根据公告披露，截至2026年5月底，公司注册股本合计为人民币64.91亿元（即6,491,100,000元），与上月底持平。其中，H股股份数量约为1,099,025,000股，A股股份数量约为5,392,075,000股，面值均为每股人民币1元。本期公司未进行新的股份发行、回购或购回注销，股本结构及已发行股份总数均保持不变。
公司同时表示，本月无股份期权、权证或可换股债券等衍生品的发行或行使情况，也未发生与库藏股相关的任何变动。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则及法律法规，并确保所有发行与相关审批手续合规办理。
