3月19日，中通快递发布公告，发布2024年第四季度及2024年度业绩，于2024年第四季度，收入为129.2亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长21.7%；净利润24.47亿元，同比增长10.7%；每股美国存托股基本净收益2.97元。
于2024年全年，收入442.81亿元，同比增长15.3%；净利润88.88亿元，同比增长1.5%；每股美国存托股基本净收益10.95元；拟派发中期股息每股美国存托股及普通股0.35美元。
中通创始人、董事长兼首席执行官赖梅松表示：“随着国内经济逐步回暖，中国快递行业展现出较强的增长韧性。线上消费的性价比优势持续激发着消费动能，但消费降级的趋势仍在持续、快递单票价格也依然承压。我们预计2025年行业增速将在15%左右。公司已重新锚定“服务质量、业务量、利润”三大主要重心，我们2025年的首要任务是实现超过行业平均业务量增速的目标。”
