IHH Healthcare Berhad announced that, on Sep, 10 2026, the Tokyo District Court dismissed all claims brought by Northern TK Venture Pte Ltd (NTK) against Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited and ordered NTK to bear the litigation costs.
NTK said it disagrees with the ruling and is reviewing the judgment with legal counsel while considering further legal remedies.
IHH Healthcare Berhad stated it will release additional updates should there be any material developments in the case.
