Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited announced that it has received approval in-principle from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for a proposed transfer of its listing from the Catalist Board to the Mainboard.

The company, which first unveiled the plan on May, 27 2026, said the transfer aims to better reflect its size and maturity while widening its investor reach and boosting share liquidity.

As of Dec, 31 2025, Koh Brothers Eco Engineering held an order book of about 1.1 billion Singapore dollars across its engineering and construction, bio-refinery and renewable energy segments.

A circular detailing the proposal and a notice of an extraordinary general meeting to seek shareholder approval will be issued in due course. The company said it will update investors on any material developments related to the transfer.
