2025年11月24日，俊知集团有限公司(01300)发布翌日披露报表，公告于2025年11月21日及2025年11月24日先后回购股份。根据报表，集团分别于11月21日回购880,000股，回购价每股0.3047港元，约占当时已发行股份总数的0.0497%；并于11月24日再回购376,000股，回购价每股0.31港元，约占当时已发行股份总数的0.0212%。两次合计回购1,256,000股，涉资约384,696港元。
公告显示，截至本次披露日，俊知集团已发行股份总数仍为1,770,000,000股。集团于2025年5月15日获得股东周年大会通过的购回授权，允许回购不超过179,150,000股普通股。本次回购完成后，根据该购回授权累计已回购股票达到5,778,000股，占授权通过时已发行股份总数的0.3225%。
